The Australian’s Foreign Editor Greg Sheridan claims UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer is “basically toast” as he faces mounting pressure to resign.
“Starmer is a very poor prime minister,” he told Sky News Australia.
“Starmer is basically toast – if Burnham gets into parliament, he’ll kill Starmer in a leadership ballot. If Burnham doesn’t get into parliament, that’ll be a shocking blow for Labour.”
